Strawberry Vault Ltd ("Strawberry Vault" or "we") is a mobile‐game developer that provides games, features, content, and services ("Services") via websites, mobile apps, and other platforms. By using our apps and Services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services—whether by downloading, installing, or simply playing—you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may change these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will be available in the app or on our website. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
Age Restriction
Our Services are intended for users 13 years and older. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent. If parents or guardians believe our Services are unsuitable for their children, they may contact us at contact@strawberryvault.com, and we will consider appropriate action.
Scope of Services
Strawberry Vault provides:

Some content is provided free of charge, while other features (e.g., in‐app purchases or ad‐free options) are paid. Paid content is clearly marked in the app.
User Account & Registration
Certain features (e.g., multiplayer mode) require a user account. When you create an account, you must:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up‐to‐date information
- Keep your password strictly confidential
- Not use anyone else's account
You are fully responsible for all actions that occur under your account. If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at contact@strawberryvault.com. We may suspend or delete your account if you request its deletion, it has been inactive for six months, or you violate these Terms.
In‐App Purchases & Advertising
In‐App Purchases (IAP):
- All in‐app purchases occur exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Virtual items (e.g., coins, power‐ups, skins) have no real‐world cash value.
- All purchases are non‐refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- For serious technical issues (e.g., a purchase not credited), contact us at contact@strawberryvault.com within 30 days.
Advertising in the App:
- We use ad networks to display banner, interstitial, and video ads.
- Clicking ads may cause third parties to collect data (e.g., your advertising ID). We are not responsible for that—please review their Privacy Policies.
- By using the app, you agree to see ads.
Data Loss upon Uninstallation & No Restoration Guarantee
If you uninstall the app or delete your app data (e.g., local save files), you may permanently lose game progress, virtual items, or in‐game currency. Recovery is only possible if cloud saving is supported; otherwise, deleted data is lost.
Virtual Goods & Licensing
You receive only a non‐exclusive, non‐transferable license to use virtual goods. You do not own any virtual items; they can be revoked or modified at our discretion (e.g., for rule violations).
Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Cloning
You agree to use our Services lawfully and fairly. Specifically, you must not:
- Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the app (e.g., DDoS, bots)
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful programs
- Decompile, reverse‐engineer, or copy the app's code or assets
- Use cheats, hacks, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
- Copy, imitate, or clone any game content or mechanics (gameplay, graphics, sounds)
- Upload content that infringes on third parties' intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent actions (e.g., account phishing, payment abuse)
Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension, legal action, and denial of all Services.
Third-Party Links & Content
Our app may contain links to external websites, videos, or plugins. Clicking those links directs you to third-party sites. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or performance. Please review their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies before submitting any data.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Use of our Services is at your own risk. We aim for a stable app but cannot guarantee continuous availability. We are not liable for:
- Server outages, network failures, or force‐majeure events
- Data loss, unless caused by our willful or grossly negligent conduct
- Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits), to the extent permitted by law
Data Protection & Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access controls, firewalls) to protect your personal data. No online system can be 100% secure. You acknowledge inherent risks. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on which data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
Account Suspension & Deletion
For severe violations (e.g., cloning, fraud, hacking), we may suspend or delete your account and pursue legal action. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data, unless retention is required by law.
No Guarantee for Platform Updates
App‐store policies (Google Play, Apple App Store) may change at any time. We cannot guarantee that our app will function flawlessly after such updates. Operating‐system updates (iOS, Android) may also affect functionality; we are not responsible for issues arising from those updates.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always accessible in the app or on our website. Continued use after publication constitutes implied acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. We will attempt to resolve disputes by good‐faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute is subject to the courts of London, England.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely reflects its original intent.
